Skill set you will have/learn:
Proficiency in basic computer and keyboarding skills
The ability to navigate multiple browser tabs simultaneously
Excellent telephone communication skills
Integrity, vision, and passion
Make and receive inbound and outbound calls
Follow up on leads or return customer service calls
Generation of interest/leads for corporate products/services
Establishing ongoing rapport with existing/potential customers
Listen and respond accordingly to resolve customer inquiries
Work Schedule
Typically, Monday through Friday, but dependent on program needs. Weekends and holidays are possible.
This is not a work from home position.
Pay is weekly and direct deposit. Pay is $14.00-15.00 based on the program.
