Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract opportunity offers the chance to serve a diverse student population across 16 sites, working alongside an encouraging and collaborative team that values both experienced clinicians and recent graduates. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll engage in impactful work in a mild-moderate classroom setting. With a manageable caseload of 40–50 students, you’ll be able to provide individualized services and contribute meaningfully to student growth. The district emphasizes a positive working culture and extends flexibility to those relocating. An efficient, two-step interview process helps ensure a smooth transition into your new position, with initial screening via Teams and a flexible panel interview. Qualifications:Current or in-process Colorado Department of Education Certification (CDE); please share your credentialing status upon application Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience in school settings preferred; new graduates considered Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to providing direct, on-site services (no hybrid or virtual options)

Responsibilities:Deliver speech and language therapy to K–8 students in a mild-moderate classroom Manage a caseload of 40–50, conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and tracking progress Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes Participate actively in school and district-wide initiatives Maintain accurate records and follow district and state guidelines
