Business Development Manager (US Market – Digital Services) About This Role Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 6 to 10 years Job Location: New York, USA We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and drive our expansion efforts in the US IT/ITES market. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, developing strategic sales initiatives, and fostering strong client relationships that lead to long-term growth.
Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the US market across IT and ITES domains
Develop and execute result-driven sales strategies aligned with company goals
Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing
Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, leadership) to tailor solutions that meet client needs
Maintain sales pipelines, provide accurate forecasts, and regularly report KPIs to senior management
Attend industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities as required
Required Skills and Experience Experience: 6–10 years of proven business development experience in the IT/ITES industry with a strong focus on the US market
Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue
Skills:Strong understanding of IT/ITES services, delivery models, and value propositions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions
Mobility: Willingness to travel to the US for client meetings and business development activities
Prior experience working with offshore or nearshore delivery teams
Exposure to SaaS, AI, or digital transformation services is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales automation platforms
