Maintain property and operations of building
Typical Work Conditions:
Equipment Used:
Chemicals, ladders, tools for electrical, carpentry and plumbing work, paints and painting tools
Knowledge/Training:
Fluent English, read and write necessary
High school diploma or equivalent
Thorough knowledge of hand tools and carpentry tools
Must be able to make repairs to basic electrical and plumbing systems
Basic maintenance knowledge
Licenses or certifications desirable but not required
Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment.
Handles necessary repairs and maintenance.
Installs equipment and appliances.
Follows local and state building codes.
Complies with all company safety regulations.
Keeps a maintenance log and writes shift reports.
Reports any issues ton
Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
Follows written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or clients.
Collaborates with the maintenance team and contractors as needed.
Reads and follows manuals, blueprints instructions.
Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.
Performs preventive maintenance as requested with a matrix and reports progress to manager upon request.
Must conduct themselves professionally at all times.
Uniform must be worn daily, properly and never altered.
