JOB SUMMARY
HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization and a family of programs, is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to tackle systemic barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services, including mental health care, residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and primary health services. Additionally, we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating recovery.
The WRA Elm's House is a Program of Women's Recovery Association and an environment that fosters women's ability to help each other heal, with a strong emphasis on safety, acceptance and community. Residential services are provided in a social model treatment milieu, which consists of the treatment community, the larger 12 step community, and other recovery support groups. It is peer-based and guided by the belief that recovery doesn't happen in isolation. Our peer mentorship program allows new clients to be welcomed into the WRA community in a supportive and meaningful way.
On-Call Overnight Client Safety Navigators are responsible for maintaining and assessing the safety and security of the program and its residents while providing a supportive treatment environment. Through effective communication, On-Call Overnight Client Safety Navigators relay relevant information to other members of the interdisciplinary team and perform crisis intervention as needed. On-Call Overnight Client Safety Navigators ensure that the treatment environment is safe and welcoming.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety and Security Responsibilities:
* Performs house runs to ensure and maintain accountability of all clients and the safety and security of the facility.
* Performs crisis intervention and communicates with treatment team as unforeseen situations arise.
* Documents client updates and incidents in the facility log daily.
* Performs CPR and First Aid as needed.
Other Responsibilities:
* Documents and accurately distributes client money, ensures client medications are securely stored and properly accounted for and hold facility keys and floater cellular phones.
* As needed, transports clients in company vehicle to offsite appointments related to their treatment.
* Attends required trainings and meetings.
* Work closely with the Outpatient treatment staff and program management to provide clerical support as needed.
* Manages and directs client traffic in the reception area while providing a welcoming culture; greeting clients and visitors with courtesy and respect, handling general inquiries; providing informational resources; interacting tactfully and professionally with all.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Certification, and Experience
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* First Aid Certified within 30 days of employment.
* CPR Certified within 30 days of employment.
* A valid California driver's license.
* Drug and Alcohol Registration recognized by DHCS.
* Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
Knowledge
* Culturally competent and able to work with a diverse population.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word Outlook and internet applications.
* Experience working successfully with issues of substance abuse, mental health, criminal background, and other potential barriers to economic self-sufficiency.
* Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and trauma informed treatment preferred.
* Knowledge of Clinical documentation (treatment plans, progress notes etc.) preferred.
