Position Description
As a Quality Manager, you play a key role in ensuring and further developing our quality and security standards, thereby supporting the sustainable growth of our company.
Management and execution of ISO 9001-related activities
Implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001
Implementation and maintenance of TISAX
Taking on the role of Information Security Officer (ISO)
Collaboration with external consultants for ISMS certifications
Cooperation with the IT department to further develop technical and organizational security measures
Creation and maintenance of documentation related to all certifications
Continuous management and further development of the QMS and ISMS based on customer or regulatory requirements
Acting as the internal point of contact for quality and information security matters
Organization and execution of audits, including preparation and follow-up
Planning and conducting internal training sessions
Introduction of a new ticketing system
Communication with customers regarding QMS and ISMS topics, including the organization and execution of customer audits
Complete redevelopment of documentation (Quality Manual, Policies, Work Instructions) according to the high-level structure of the certifications
Data Protection
Acting as Data Protection Coordinator
Close cooperation with the external Data Protection Officer
Implementation and maintenance of GDPR requirements
Handling data protection incidents together with the CEO and IT
Conducting internal data protection training sessions
Qualifications
Completed college or university degree
Relevant further training/education in Quality Management and Data Protection
Proactive and service-oriented approach
Team Player
Very good English skills (C1 level)
