A patient-focused outpatient practice is seeking a dedicated
Neurologist
to join its collaborative care team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, community-based neurological care while maintaining a flexible schedule.
What You ll Bring
MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Neurology
Active New York State medical license (or ability to obtain)
Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
What You ll Do
Partner with primary care providers and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, comprehensive treatment
Deliver expert evaluation and ongoing management of neurological conditions
Translate diagnostic findings into thoughtful, individualized care plans
Support patients through education on diagnoses, treatment options, and long-term health management
Accurately document visits and care plans within an electronic health record (EHR) system
