Commercial/Fleet Services Consultant

Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel, a premier award-winning Ford dealership featuring a brand-new, state-of-the-art service facility and mobile service fleet, is seeking a motivated Commercial/Fleet Services Consultant. This role focuses on generating new commercial service business through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and in-person visits with local companies. Working directly with our advisor team to facilitate these services.

Competitive Base Salary

Monthly commission based on gross commercial service sales

Perform high-volume outbound calls to local businesses to promote commercial services

Prospect and develop new commercial fleet and service accounts

Conduct in-person visits with business owners and fleet managers

Present dealership capabilities, including mobile service and advanced service facility

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Track activity, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools

Coordinate with internal sales and service departments to support clients

Identify and refer opportunities for new commercial vehicle sales

Experience in B2B sales, automotive, or commercial services preferred

Strong cold-calling and prospecting ability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with strong time management skills

Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
