CRNA Job Requirements
Experience:
2+ years of
CRNA
clinical experience required
Active
CRNA certification
and
Indiana CRNA license
(or ability to obtain Indiana licensure)
Proficiency in
general anesthesia ,
spinals ,
epidurals , and
regional anesthesia blocks
COI-IN PCF
required
Ability to complete credentialing (typical timeline 60-90 days; temporary privileges may be available with a clear background and malpractice history)
Key Responsibilities (Anesthesia Services)
Provide safe, high-quality
anesthesia care
across pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
Develop and manage anesthetic plans within an independent
all-CRNA practice model
Perform neuraxial anesthesia (spinals/epidurals) and regional techniques/blocks as indicated
Deliver anesthesia services for a diverse case mix including endoscopy, OB/GYN, ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, and some pediatrics
Participate in call coverage and respond to urgent OR/OB needs as required
Document care accurately and efficiently in
Epic EMR
Collaborate with surgeons, nursing, and perioperative staff to support excellent patient outcomes
