Position Summary

Manage multiple projects assigned by Chair related to the Art Department.

Coordinate meeting arrangements for the Art Department calendar, initiating contact, and securing appointments as appropriate.

Maintain the Art Department social media such as Facebook and Instagram, and are required to post at least once a week.

Be responsible for studio management including hosting and posting studio hours and other announcements, organization of materials and storage, inventory of equipment, class set up/break down as needed, and light cleaning.

Administrative duties (paperwork), which may include purchase orders, spreadsheets for Howl and/or the schedule, and other document generation.
