Overview
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Secret-cleared Mechanical Design Engineer to support a long-term Air Force program in Cincinnati, Ohio . This role requires strong Siemens NX expertise and the ability to contribute to a high-visibility engineering effort.
Responsibilities
Interpret and modify designs within NX modules, including Modeling, Drafting, and Assemblies
Automate engineering workflows using Perl, Python, or CGI
Utilize foundational knowledge of the Teamcenter environment
Apply GD&T principles to support batch processing, design rule checks, and custom toolbar plug in monitoring
Review and navigate log files within NX Manager
Qualifications
3+ years of CAD design experience
Proficiency with Siemens NX
Experience with Perl, Python, or CGI scripting
Ability to obtain and maintain a government background check
Compensation
Salary range: $130k–$160k
