REPRESENT’s US business is being built as a high-impact, entrepreneurial engine, fast-moving, experimental, and deeply connected to modern commerce and culture. The US team will work in close partnership with Represent HQ in the UK, while maintaining strong local ownership and accountability.
As the US business accelerates, E-commerce plays a central role in driving growth, customer experience, and commercial performance. We value innovation, experimentation, and decisive execution over hierarchy and process.
We’re seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our US team, based in Los Angeles, CA, to help shape and scale Represent’s next phase of growth in the US.
Role Overview
The US Ecommerce Manager owns the performance and evolution of Represent’s US DTC business. Reporting directly to the Brand President, North America (or another individual designated by the company’s CEO). This role extends beyond site management, focusing on advancing modern e-commerce through social commerce integration, data-led merchandising, and rapid, test-and-learn execution. This position is suited to a forward-thinking leader who is actively shaping the future of digital commerce.
What you’ll be doing
Own day-to-day performance of the US Shopify site
Execute and optimize drops, launches, and commercial moments for the US market
Integrate social commerce initiatives in partnership with Marketing
Continuously test and improve conversion, customer journey, and site experience
Partner with Merchandising on product storytelling, assortments, and sell-through
Analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate closely with UK HQ to align execution with global strategy
Explore new tools, platforms, and technologies shaping the future of e-commerce
What you’ll need
Strong Shopify and DTC experience
Familiarity with social commerce platforms including Meta, TikTok, and emerging tools
Experience in premium fashion, streetwear, or performance brands preferred
Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Motivated by ownership, accountability, and impact
