HealthRecon Connect is seeking a dynamic and experienced RCM leader for the position of Project Manager (RCM & New Client Onboarding). This role supports our growth strategy and ensures excellence in RCM delivery across assigned accounts, working with global teams to optimize performance.

What You’ll Lead:
Day-to-day RCM operations for multi-specialty physician/clinic clients
Onshore + offshore team leadership to achieve KPIs & SLAs
Performance audits, workflow enhancements, and data-driven insights
Client escalations, onboarding, and relationship management
Collaboration with tech teams on RCM innovation and systems integration

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage client onboarding and transition activities for RCM Healthcare accounts.
Coordinate and facilitate VSM sessions to assess current-state processes and define optimized future-state workflows.
Create, review, and maintain SOPs aligned with client requirements and operational standards.
Develop and maintain process maps and workflow diagrams to support documentation, training, and operational alignment.
Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring effective communication between internal teams and clients.
Monitor and report onboarding progress, proactively addressing issues, risks, and delays.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Training, IT, and Client Services to ensure seamless transitions.
Support change management efforts and recommend improvements for process efficiency and scalability.
Provide both onsite and virtual onboarding support, with a focus on clients based in Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee.
Qualifications/Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically within RCM or healthcare transitions.
Strong understanding of VSM, SOP development, and workflow/process mapping.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or an equivalent project management framework is an advantage.
Experience managing transitions for S.-based healthcare clients.
Ability to support a hybrid work setup with a combination of onsite presence and remote coordination.
