Store Supervisor - California Stores

Honey Baked Ham Co. - - Responsibilities: Manage Store Operations as assigned by Manager and assume all operational control in the absence of Manager.; Assist in hiring and training of all associates and ensure expectations for each position are met.; Coaches associates using established processes and tools including Huddles, Observation checklists, and Ham Evaluations.; Execute store opening / closing procedures and daily / weekly reports.; Manage/monitor labor and adjust the store staffing based on the demands of the business.
