3 years of administrative experience in a high‑tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications

7 years of administrative experience supporting executive‑level management in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

Experience coordinating international travel and supporting large global teams across multiple time zones.

Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.

Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.

Ability to think critically and prioritize from a business perspective when faced with multiple requests.

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a range of people and job functions.

About the job
As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.

You move quickly with a changing environment and stay up to date with the latest Google products and services. You use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects.

In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

US base salary range for this full‑time position is $96,000‑$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative business partnership and support for up to 3 directors+ executives.

Operate independently on administrative tasks with minimal supervision (including but not limited to managing calendars, booking travel, and scheduling facilities or equipment).

Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations.

Establish trust and partnership with cross‑functional teams and senior executives of the organization you are supporting.
