We're Hiring: Senior Wire Harness Design Engineer | Join the Future of Electric Vehicles!
Are you passionate about electrical systems design and eager to make a mark in the EV revolution? We're looking for a Senior Wire Harness Design Engineer to lead harness routing, packaging, and integration in next-gen electric vehicles. This is your chance to shape systems that drive innovation, quality, and sustainability.
What You'll Do:
Own 3D CAD harness designs and maintain BOM in PLM (3DExperience preferred).
Collaborate with schematic and mechanical teams for optimal routing.
Coordinate with suppliers and quality teams on DFM, reworks, and validations.
Drive documentation, rework instructions, and issue triage across engineering.
Contribute to world-class EV design — with up to 20% travel .
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in wire harness design.
Expertise in 3DExperience Electrical Workbench & harness development.
Deep understanding of harness packaging, manufacturing, and debugging.
Bonus: Knowledge of plastics/metals/rubber parts for harnesses.
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
