Dental Hygienist

We are a well-established three doctor private general practice hiring a full-time or part-time dental hygienist in Menomonee Falls.We are looking for a team-oriented individual who places the utmost priority on patient care and communication. We are a low pressure environment, with hygienist autonomy and co diagnosis with the doctor. We pride ourselves in ethical care and want to ensure our hygienists feel supported as they take care of our wonderful and diverse patient base.Our dental hygienists run single column and have 60 minutes per prophy, we do not have any production goals, and we have a dedicated dental assistant to help make our hygienists lives easier. We offer extremely flexible for hours and consider 32 hours as a full employee in our practice. We offer health insurance at 50% coverage and provide PTO as well as other benefits.We strive to stick with the private practice patient centric model and put not only patients first but our team members as well.
