Description

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Stretch wrapping pallets and products for shipment
• Picking and staging products accurately for orders
• Scanning products using handheld
• Operating a pallet jack safely and efficiently
• Performing temperature checks on products as required
• Lifting and moving items weighing up to 70 pounds

Experience Requirements For Shipping Associate

• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics operations (typically 12 years preferred)
• Experience operating pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment safely
• Familiarity with handheld scanners or inventory tracking systems
• Experience in food handling or cold storage environments is a plus, especially with perishable goods like poultry
• Knowledge of proper palletizing and stretch wrapping techniques
• Understanding of safety and hygiene standards in a warehouse or food production setting
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 70 pounds) consistently throughout the shift
• Basic math and reading skills for order picking and verification
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
