Position Overview
We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member who takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining the high standards our hotel is known for. What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding service by addressing guest requests and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Clean and service guest rooms according to Hilton and Shaner standards, prioritizing based on room category.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas.
- Follow all safety, security, and housekeeping procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Restock and organize your housekeeping cart at the end of each shift.
- Perform deep cleaning and seasonal tasks as scheduled.
- Report maintenance issues to ensure rooms remain in top condition.
- Support the team with additional duties as needed.
Work Schedule
Flexibility is important in this role. Availability for weekends, holidays, and varied shifts is required.
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of cleaning experience (hotel experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety practices.
- A commitment to maintaining guest privacy, security, and satisfaction.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with local attractions and activities is an added benefit.
