Subway Sandwich Artist

As a Subway Sandwich Artist at Onvo, you will be responsible for preparing fresh, delicious sandwiches and salads for customers, ensuring a high level of food safety and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of Subway sandwiches and salads according to customer specifications and established recipes.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and provide correct change.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including food preparation areas, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and rotation of food products.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide excellent customer service.
• Restock food items, beverages, and supplies as needed, ensuring proper inventory levels.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning equipment and preparing for the next shift.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
