The Audience Services Representative 1 provides excellent internal and external customer service working live shows. Duties include handling ticket sales, Will Call ticket distribution and other operational needs. Shifts will primarily occur at our five city venues: The Paramount, Moore, Neptune and 5th Avenue Theatres, and Kerry Hall, as well as our outdoor concert venue Remlinger Farms in Carnation, WA.
This position requires evening and weekend shifts, with schedules set one month in advance. The number of hours worked each week may vary depending on the volume of performances. Although most events are planned well in advance, some may occur on short notice. This casual part-time position earns between $22-$26.40/ hour (midpoint $24.20) depending on experience and accrues paid sick leave. It is not our practice to hire at the top of the range.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Handle ticket sales and Will Call at the box office window
Distribute extra items such as laminates and VIP vouchers when needed
Assist with all customer service needs including troubleshooting ticket issues
Address general patron questions in person

QUALIFICATIONS Prior box office or performing arts venue experience preferred
Knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics or other ticketing applications preferred
Consistent and punctual attendance is required
Demonstrated customer service experience required
Must be available every weekend when shows are scheduled
Must be available evenings and holidays as needed
Ability to take direction and work independently
PC skills and ability to learn new software
Basic math and accounting proficiency
Spanish language skills a plus
