Senior Substation Design Lead

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Senior Substation Engineer for a direct hire position in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will lead the preparation of design deliverables for new and modified high-voltage electrical power substation projects. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, preparing design sketches and specifications, and performing field inspections. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 7 years of experience is required, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
