No candidate sourcing or full‑desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new client relationships across the Houston and surrounding tech markets
Develop and present customized tech staffing solutions
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business and workforce challenges
Partner closely with internal recruiters to ensure successful delivery
Stay current on tech hiring trends and market conditions to provide strategic insight
Qualifications
Proven success in business development within tech or IT staffing
Strong track record of new client acquisition and relationship building
Solid understanding of technology roles and hiring trends
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
