Provide call coverage and in-office consultations for a well-established orthopaedic practice at a Level III Trauma Facility. Ideal for a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with a strong foundation in total joint replacements and a broad range of general orthopaedic skills. Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Responsibilities: Respond to call requests and provide timely surgical intervention for orthopaedic emergencies within the Emergency Department. Conduct patient consultations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans for in-office patients. Perform a variety of orthopaedic procedures, with a focus on total joint replacements. Collaborate effectively with nurses, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain a high standard of patient care and communication. Qualifications: Active medical license in the state of Michigan (only). Board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery. Experience working in a hospital setting with orthopaedics is preferred. Excellent clinical skills, a strong knowledge base in orthopaedic surgery, and a particular expertise in total joint replacements.
