Dock Associate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers with accuracy and efficiency.

* Verify product counts and condition against shipping and receiving documents.

* Stage products in designated areas for selection or shipment.

* Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe and compliant manner.

* Maintain dock cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times.

* Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

* Previous warehouse or dock experience desirable.

* Ability to lift, move, and stack products up to 50 lbs. regularly.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Forklift certification preferred.

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
