Key Responsibilities Lead engaging, skill-building activities in TV/Radio production, Art, Music, Drama and Horticulture
Support consumers in discovering and developing creative talents
Work collaboratively with Community Engagement Managers to implement arts-based programming
Provide direct care and community-based supports in both Day Program and Respite services
Accurately document services using the Therap system
Support multimedia productions; experience in Audio/Visual production is strongly preferred
Assist with consumer transportation as needed
Participate in IHP (Individual Habilitation Plan) development and ensure goal compliance
Represent The Arc Mercer professionally in community settings
Qualifications High School Diploma required
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience highly valued
Valid driver's license required
