We are seeking a dynamic AV Manager to lead our firm's multimedia initiatives, ensuring every event, meeting, and courtroom presentation reflects excellence. This pivotal role combines technical mastery with creative vision, supporting high-profile firm events—including the renowned biennial partner retreat—and providing exceptional AV support across multiple office locations. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel in problem-solving, and aim to deliver flawless multimedia experiences, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
Required Skills Minimum of 5+ years of IT-related experience in AV management, multimedia production, or litigation support within a legal or professional environment
Hands‑on expertise with AV systems such as Zoom Rooms, Crestron, Extron, Polycom, and similar platforms
Strong troubleshooting skills for AV hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer‑service‑focused approach
Demonstrated organizational skills and professionalism under pressure
Nice to Have Skills Proficiency in video production tools including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro
Experience in managing multimedia archives and secure content handling
Ability to develop compelling courtroom and arbitration presentations
Preferred Education and Experience College degree or equivalent professional experience in IT or multimedia‑related fields
Prior experience supporting high-profile legal or corporate events and conferences
Other Requirements Flexibility to travel as needed for off‑site events and support
Willingness to work overtime or on‑call support during peak periods or trial schedules
