We are looking for someone with a background in Communication, Marketing or English. This role will be supporting written Client Relations/Senior Investor inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft formal written responses to client complaints and senior investor inquiries
Conduct research and investigations to resolve cases
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Handle high-volume case management efficiently
Support operational tasks such as settlement processing and privacy requests
Ideal Candidate:
Background in Finance/Banking/Insurance preferred
Strong written communication and analytical skills
Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
