Attain Sports owns and manages four baseball teams: the Baltimore Orioles Double-A affiliate Chesapeake Baysox , the Baltimore Orioles High-A affiliate Aberdeen IronBirds , the MLB Draft League Frederick Keys , and the Atlantic League Professional Baseball Club Spire City Ghost Hounds . Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club Loudoun United FC .

Job Responsibilities
Candidate has 1‑2 years practical experience working in a professional audio / visual or live production environment.
Candidate will be responsible for operating a digital audio board and maintaining audio library files in a Mac environment.
Candidate has practical working experience using:
Digital audio performance software (Click Effects / Sound Director or similar is a plus)
DAW software (Ableton Live is a plus)
Candidate’s availability would encompass but not limited to:
Minimum 25 games of the IronBirds' 2026 season
Outside stadium events
Candidate is able to maintain a positive, focused workflow in a high‑pace, energetic environment. Knowledge of baseball rules is preferred.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $15 per hour (commensurate with experience, education, and skills). Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
