Audio-Visual Warehouse Associate

Stamm Media is looking to hire an audio-visual warehouse associate to join our team in our Las Vegas, NV office. This person would oversee the day-to-day operations as the sister-warehouse to our Milwaukee, WI location.

Location Note we are currently located in Northern Las Vegas but will be relocating three miles from Harry Reid International Airport by early summer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is prepped and maintained according to show schedules
• Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks
• Maintain strict standards while returning and quality checking all equipment returning to the Stamm warehouse
• Prepping / testing equipment for jobs
• Maintaining a close eye on all inventory with regular check-ins with leadership to ensure all broken/missing items are replaced and billed in a timely fashion
• Attention to detail as all shows are packed and verified before delivery to show site
• Daily organization and general upkeep of the warehouse

Qualifications

• Experience as a warehouse employee and/or technician in the A/V or Lighting Industry or similar experience and/or training
• High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.)
• Manage a fast-paced, on-the-fly environment
• Willingness to work occasional nights & weekends, after-hours - and a good driving record is required
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
