TransForce is seeking 2 CDL A Teams Drivers to support OTR operations based in Laporte, IN. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.



CDL A OTR Team Driver Details

• Schedule: Mon - Fri (Home Weekends)
  
• Pay: $190k/team - $95k per driver per year
  
• Route Type: OTR, Whitehall, MI to Hampton, VA twice weekly.
  
• Freight / Load Type: Aerospace parts
  
• Handling: Light Touch
  

CDL A OTR Team Driver Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL A
  
• Experience: 6-12 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
  
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
  
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
  

CDL A OTR Team Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate equipment on OTR routes
  
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
  
• Perform required handling tasks
  
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
  
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
  
• Meet the physical demands of the role
