Description
SRB is seeking a full-time Confirmation/Youth Ministry Coordinator. We are looking for a team player passionate about the faith and youth ministry with experience working with large groups of teens and catechists, knowledge of catechetical studies/theology, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Must be a practicing Roman Catholic
From 3-5 years of Youth Ministry experience
Engaging leadership & presentation skills
Certification in catechetics, youth ministry, or theology
Ongoing formation through the parish or diocese
Familiarity with Catholic moral teaching, sacramental theology, and Scripture
Ability to articulate and explain the faith in a youth-friendly way
Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
