What You Will Do
As a Foreman, you will lead field operations for multiple lighting projects, overseeing planning, coordination, and on‑site execution to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You’ll work hands‐on alongside crews, keeping teams motivated and projects moving while managing multiple jobs in various stages. This role also serves as a key point of communication between customers and internal teams, reporting directly to the Lighting & Audio Team Manager.
Responsibilities
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and meet schedule, budget, and quality goals
Manage subcontractors and oversee all service, repair, and maintenance work
Procure and deliver materials in a timely manner
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and crew hours; resolve discrepancies prior to billing
Communicate daily with homeowners and internal teams regarding project status, changes, and needs; ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct pre‑project walkthroughs with sales, design, client, and crew to confirm scope and identify changes
Develop and maintain open, two‑way communication with all team members
Direct and support crew work to meet project goals while leading by example
Train and develop crew members and leads
Set project pace, maintain team motivation, and oversee installation quality
Set and test lighting systems prior to project completion
Address warranty requests and perform final walkthroughs with homeowners
Complete and submit daily timesheets, invoices, job documentation, and reports in a timely manner
Maintain project folder and turn in upon completion
Prepare change orders and maintain accurate project records
Coordinate with internal teams on project status and billing details
Maintain safe job sites in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Conduct and document safety meetings
Provide on‑call snow removal support during winter months

Qualifications
One (1) or more years of experience in electrical, lighting, landscaping or related fields preferred
Full professional fluency in English required, with working knowledge of Spanish
Knowledge of construction techniques and safety practices
Irrigation and/or outdoor production experience is a plus
Must possess excellent people skills and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
Must have a valid driver license and clean MVR
The ability to read and understand blueprints
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Demonstrates a high level of initiative to improve efficiencies
Build a strong sense of teamwork with management and co‑workers
Professional in appearance and presentation
Assist in promoting the company to the public in a positive manner
Take pride in the work performed
