**Schedule:** M-F Midnight to 8:30am.Estimated Pay Rate: Up to $120kAt SierraVista, our mission is to inspire hope and deliver holistic care to those facing acute psychiatric conditions and substance use disorders. We provide a safe, healing environment where patients gain the life skills needed to achieve long-term recovery and independence.**What You’ll Do**As a Floor RN MGR, you will provide compassionate, direct patient care while working alongside an interdisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery journey. Your responsibilities will include:* Assesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies.* Handles scheduling conflicts and call offs.* Handles patient complaints.* Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.* Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies.* Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.* Communicates concerns or issues with AOC and facility leadership.* Leads code drills.* Provides training support to new staff.**What We’re Looking For*** Current **RN license** (in good standing).* **BSN preferred**; ADN considered with relevant experience.* Prior psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience a plus, but not required—training provided.* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.* Must be **21 years or older**.* Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance + 401k with Company Match* Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays* Tuition Reimbursement (up to $15,000) & Student Loan Forgiveness Programs* Career Growth & Professional Development Opportunities* Employee Assistance Program**Apply Today**
