About the Role
This is a high-impact, systems-driven lead role responsible for building and scaling the infrastructure behind our marketing performance. Our marketing engine depends on accurate data, reliable tracking, and seamless integrations across platforms. This role is critical to making that happen.
This is a hands‑on systems ownership role responsible for ensuring our marketing data, tracking, and infrastructure are accurate, scalable, and trusted.
As Lead, Marketing Technology & Operations , you will own conversion tracking, platform integrations, and data flow across a complex ecosystem of 10+ tools. You will ensure systems “talk to each other,” data is reliable, and marketing can execute without friction.
You will be the go‑to owner of marketing technology and tracking not coordinating work but doing it.

What You’ll Do
Own and scale the marketing technology ecosystem (CRM, GTM, attribution, analytics, lead routing) to ensure systems are integrated and reliable
Drive accurate conversion tracking and attribution , including offline conversions, UTM governance, and resolving data discrepancies
Build and optimize lead routing and lifecycle workflows to improve speed‑to‑lead and conversion efficiency
Manage and improve integrations and data flows using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
Establish structure through processes, QA standards, and documentation
Monitor systems proactively and implement improvements to enhance performance and data quality

Qualifications – What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field, or 4+ years of equivalent hands‑on experience .
3+ years of hands‑on experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or revenue operations with direct ownership of systems and/or campaign infrastructure
Demonstrated experience implementing and managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) , including event tracking, tag configuration, QA, and debugging across multiple campaigns or platforms
Hands‑on experience working within a CRM (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot …) supporting lead tracking, routing, and/or marketing attribution
Proven experience building and maintaining integrations across multiple platforms using APIs, webhooks, or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)
Demonstrated experience supporting end‑to‑end data flow (click → lead → CRM) and ensuring data accuracy across the systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferable in a marketing or revenue operations environment
Background owning or leading Marketing Operations, Martech, or Marketing Engineering functions
Strong experience with API integrations and advanced automation workflows
Experience working across complex marketing ecosystems (multiple tools and data sources)
Proven ability to build processes, SOPs, and scalable systems
Experience in lead generation or high‑volume performance marketing environments
$80,000 - $110,000 a year
