Azusa USD Mandarin Bilingual In-Person Tutors '25/'26

HeyTutor has partnered with a school district in Azusa and we are hiring Mandarin‑bilingual tutors to support elementary students (K‑5) in math and ELA during regular school hours.
Responsibilities
Lead small groups of students using the program curriculum and materials.
Prepare the tutoring area and keep the space organized.
Take attendance and run lessons through HeyTutor Dashboard when applicable.
Document student progress and facilitate baseline and summative assessments as requested by management.
Create an engaging environment that fosters belonging and supports positive behavior choices.
Coordinate pick‑up and drop‑off of students from designated areas in the school site when required.
Clock in and out of Deputy for shifts and perform any other duties assigned by the Company, manager, or School Site.
Qualifications
Spanish bilingual is a plus.
Must hold an AA or higher degree, or be currently enrolled in college/university.
Strong tutoring experience with children.
Comfortable working in a classroom setting.
Clear FBI/DOJ background check through HeyTutor.
Pay & Benefits
Pay ranges from $18–23 per hour, determined by education and experience during the interview.

Schedule
Must be available Monday‑Friday between 7:30 am – 3:30 pm.
