Requirements Gathering & AnalysisCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and document business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional requirements for SAP MM, SD, and FICO3. SAP Solution DesignDesign and recommend SAP-based solutions to enhance operational efficiencySupport configuration and customization requirements in MM, SD, and FICO modules4. Documentation & Process MappingPrepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and process flow diagramsMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation5. Stakeholder & Vendor CoordinationAct as a liaison between business users, SAP functional teams, and implementation partnersEnsure alignment of objectives throughout the project lifecycle6. Testing & ValidationAssist in preparing test cases, test scenarios, and UAT plansSupport testing activities to validate SAP solutions against business requirements7. Training & Post-Go-Live SupportDevelop user training materials and conduct end-user training sessionsProvide post-implementation support and issue resolution8. Change ManagementManage change requests related to business processes and SAP configurationsEnsure proper communication, approval, and documentation of changesQualifications & ExperienceEducationBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience1 – 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or SAP ExecutiveHands-on exposure to SAP MM, SD, and FICO modulesExperience in SAP configuration, enhancement, or support is an added advantageRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of Materials Management and Financial Accounting processesProficiency in business process mapping and requirements gatheringGood analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred SkillsSAP MM / SD / FICO Certification (added advantage)Exposure to SAP implementation or rollout projectsExperience in Power / Renewable Energy / Manufacturing domains#### Role and Responsibilities* Key Responsibilities
