Documentation & Process MappingPrepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and process flow diagramsMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation5. Stakeholder & Vendor CoordinationAct as a liaison between business users, SAP functional teams, and implementation partnersEnsure alignment of objectives throughout the project lifecycle6. Testing & ValidationAssist in preparing test cases, test scenarios, and UAT plansSupport testing activities to validate SAP solutions against business requirements7. Training & Post-Go-Live SupportDevelop user training materials and conduct end-user training sessionsProvide post-implementation support and issue resolution8.
