You’ll work with a manageable caseload of approximately 15 students, collaborating with educators and families to help students succeed. Qualifications & Skills:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of an SLPA programCurrent state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPACertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs preferredPrevious experience working in a school environmentStrong communication and organizational abilitiesCommitment to fostering student growth and achievement Responsibilities:Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansDeliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goalsCollaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support comprehensive student careMaintain clear and comprehensive documentation of services providedContribute to IEP meetings and provide input for educational planning Enjoy a competitive salary as well as a matching 401(k) plan to support your long-term goals.
