As a Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care
• Providing clinical leadership to the patient care team during your assigned shift
• Ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements for this role include:

• Need 3 years experience in setting
• Active Illinois RN license
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• ACLS certification (required within 30 days of start)
• Ability to work every other weekend
