About the role
As a Communication Coordinator, you will be responsible for the strategic execution of internal communication plans supporting Insight’s 2-year transition from SAP to Workday. You will be the primary engine behind the project’s messaging plan, gathering information from project workstreams and transforming it into engaging, high-impact communications (newsletters, emails, video scripts, and intranet content) that drive excitement and minimize “change fatigue” across all North American business units.
Help Implement the North American communications strategy for the 2-year EBP project, ensuring consistent messaging across teams.
Content Creation: Research and help document communication materials, including project “countdown” emails, monthly e-newsletters, executive talking points, and “What’s In It For Me” (WIIFM) communications.
Intranet Management: Serve as the primary webmaster for the North American ERP Project Site; monitor feedback loops, update project timelines, and post-launch “success stories.”
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with Change Management leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical project milestones into clear, relatable language for the general workforce.
Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also where you can go tomorrow.
What we’re looking for
Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing.
Experience: 2–4 years of corporate communications or Marketing experience.
Storytelling Skills: Excellent creative writing skills with the ability to turn dry, technical updates into compelling narratives that “spur change” and influence employee behavior.
Interpersonal Savvy: High emotional intelligence; ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with everyone from warehouse staff to C‑suite executives.
What you can expect
We’re legendary for taking care of you, your family, and to help you engage with your local community. We want you to enjoy a full, meaningful life and own your career at Insight.
Freedom to work from another location—even an international destination—for up to 30 consecutive calendar days per year.
Insight is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law.
