Job responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response. Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members. Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record. Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards. Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
