SecuriGence is seeking a talented Unified Communications Team Lead to help contribute to our success. Come help us solve problems with Innovation through Intelligence.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team supporting Unified Communications services.
Manage and maintain Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and associated voice infrastructure.
Administer and troubleshoot SIP-based communication systems and integrations.
Oversee Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems, including deployment, configuration, and support.
Support and maintain OWL systems for cross-domain communication requirements.
Troubleshoot complex voice, video, and collaboration issues across enterprise environments.
Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of UC services.
Provide technical leadership on UC-related projects, upgrades, and migrations.
Coordinate with network, systems, and security teams to ensure proper integration of UC services.
Monitor UC infrastructure using enterprise tools and respond to alerts and performance issues.
Develop and maintain system documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with security requirements, including DISA STIGs and other DoD standards.
Support mission-critical operations, including after-hours maintenance and incident response.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in network management or other related fields.
6+ years of professional experience in network engineering.
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
DOD IAT Level II Certification is required.
TS/SCI required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong understanding of Cisco UC technologies, including CUCM, voice gateways, and endpoints.
Deep knowledge of SIP, VoIP protocols, call routing, and dial plan design.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting VTC systems and conferencing solutions.
Understanding of cross-domain solutions such as OWL systems.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including QoS, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex UC and network-related issues.
Familiarity with DoD security requirements, including NIST and DISA STIGs.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a mission-critical environment.
