LEAD THE FUTURE OF OUR BAKERY
Join our bakery team where tradition, craftsmanship, and quality come together every day. From artisan breads to handmade pastries, tortes, and decorated cookies, everything we create is made from scratch using recipes passed down for generations. Producing over 250,000 loaves of bread annually, our bakery is a high‑volume operation with a deep commitment to quality and consistency.
We’re looking for a hands‑on bakery leader to lead daily production, guide the team, and elevate our bakery operations — working alongside an experienced and dedicated team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead daily bakery production across bread and pastry teams
Work alongside your team to maintain quality and consistency
Evaluate product quality and coach team members to meet standards
Train and develop team members across shifts
Help manage production flow, scheduling, and daily operations
Strengthen communication and consistency across shifts
Utilize FlexiBake for inventory, ordering, and reporting
Partner with leadership to support overall bakery operations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong hands‑on bakery experience (bread, pastry, & cake decorating)
Leadership or lead experience in a bakery or food production environment
Strong eye for quality with the ability to coach and develop others
Knowledge of scratch baking and high‑volume production
Organized, team‑focused, and able to bring structure to operations
Experience with inventory or production systems preferred
SCHEDULE
This is a full‑time position (40–45 hours per week). The role requires flexibility to support both overnight (10 pm‑6 am) and early morning (4 am‑12 pm) production teams as needed to stay connected with operations and team members.
