Compensation & Benefits

Salary Guarantee
Quarterly wRVU and quality bonuses
Student loan repayment of up to $200K
Signing Bonus of up to $100K
Relocation: $20K
PTO: 42 days annually (includes 5 days for CME and 7 paid holidays)
Health/Dental/Vision: 100% of premiums for employees and 85% for dependents
Retirement: annual employer contribution of 8.4% of your gross salary (starts after 1-year anniversary)
