Seeking an OB/GYN to join well-respected multispecialty group The OBGYN Team is currently comprised of 2 physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers.We are planning to add 3 physicians to the practiceCall: 1:5 (utilizing OBGYN locums until fully staffed)Laparoscopy, minimally invasive, hysterectomy skills requiredWilling to prescribe contraceptionAble to perform tubal ligation and insert IUDsPerforming slings for mid urethral incontinence (TVT/ TOT) a plusPreferably ultrasound viability scan experience (not anatomy scan)50% Obstetrics / 50% GynecologyAverage 20-25 patients per dayHigh Risk pregnancies, have access to MFMHigh Risk are transferred to a higher acuity center at 35 weeks.Oncology and Uro-gynecology are referred outCerner EMRAPPs take second call for C-Sections, but do not assist with GYN surgeries.Patient population: lots of diversity- from migrant workers to college professorsPayer Mix: HMO, PPO, Fee for serviceAdditional language skills a plus: Spanish, Punjabi, Farsi, MandarinGroup has a Hospitalist team who manage inpatient care for regular admissionsOpportunity Perks: Employment with 2 Year Partnership Track, Salary guarantee of $396,300 for 18 months, Productivity Model (WRVU) Starting month 19, Sign on bonus $85,000, Student Loan Assistance of $100,000, Relocation of $20,000 Paid to Physician, Call stipend for second call, 6 weeks? time off first 2 years, 8 weeks starting year 3, Medical Malpractice & CME Allowance, Benefits include: 100% of Medical, Dental, Vision Paid by Practice and 401(k) - contribute day 1? matching after 1 year, PSLF Site
