Key responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Responsible for managing social media for up to 4 clients from various industries.
Strategy & Analysis:
Understand clients’ needs and objectives (conversion, lead generation, brand awareness, brand image, community growth)
Develop tailored social media strategies for each client
Content Creation:
Create content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Design visuals and edit videos (Canva and CapCut)
Write copy and storytelling
Develop and manage the monthly editorial calendar (using Notion)
Campaign Management:
Set up and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

Goals & Performance Metrics
Short-term (2 months): Take charge of client accounts, set up editorial calendars, and publish the first content.
Medium-term (6 months): Grow communities, improve engagement rates, and optimize Meta advertising campaign results.
N+1 Management Style:
Collaborative and supportive management: The Community Manager works independently on their client portfolio while receiving regular guidance from the agency manager. Communication is open, feedback is constructive, and proactive ideas are encouraged.
Career Progression Opportunities:
Depending on performance and agency growth, opportunities may arise to expand the client portfolio and take on additional responsibilities (strategy, training, consulting). A long-term, full-time collaboration is possible for the right candidate.
Benefits & Culture
Freelance status with a remuneration of MUR 30,000 to 40,000 per month depending on experience (equivalent to part-time). Remote work is possible, with the option to work from the agency in Pereybere.
Candidate Selection Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management
Diploma BAC+2 or higher in Communication, Digital Marketing, or Media
Proficient in Canva and CapCut
Good command of Meta Business Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication in French, English, and Creole
Creative, rigorous, autonomous, and solution-oriented
Work Condition
Remote or at the agency in Pereybere. Travel 2–3 times per month only to clients in the northern part of the island.
