Nuvia Global Foundation is an international nonprofit registered in the U.S. and France, preparing to launch its first operations in Cameroon in 2026. Our work focuses on trauma-informed care, emotional healing, and educational empowerment for girls and young women (ages 13–25).
We partner with hospitals, schools, and community organizations to provide
Healing Circles - small-group sessions led by trained facilitators to help participants process trauma and rebuild self-esteem.
Workshops & Mentorship - practical education in communication, leadership, and emotional wellness.
Dignity & Essentials Kits - hygiene, clothing, and school supplies to restore dignity and support reintegration.
Education Sponsorships - scholarships and mentorship to help girls return to school or vocational training.
Nuvia’s long-term vision is to establish healing centers across Africa, starting in Cameroon, then expanding to Kenya, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Rwanda, and Senegal - while fostering partnerships with the French and global diaspora.
We believe that healing is the foundation of empowerment. Our mission is not only to restore what was lost but to help every girl see that her story is not over.
About the Role
Nuvia Global Foundation is seeking a
Community Manager Volunteer
to help build and nurture an online community connected to the organization’s mission and the founder’s platform. This community will serve as a space where members can engage in thoughtful conversations around topics such as
identity
personal growth
faith
emotional healing
life lessons
The Community Manager will help facilitate discussions and ensure the space remains welcoming, respectful, and aligned with the organization’s values. The community may operate through platforms such as Telegram or WhatsApp.
Responsibilities
Help manage and moderate the community group
Welcome new members and introduce community guidelines
Encourage thoughtful discussions and engagement
Share occasional prompts or conversation starters
Ensure conversations remain respectful and supportive
Collaborate with the communications team when needed
Ideal Profile

Be a thoughtful communicator
Be organized and responsible
