Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Community Manager located in Winooski, VT. The Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the property, including resident relations, property maintenance coordination, and community engagement. Additional responsibilities include managing leasing efforts, ensuring excellent customer service, executing marketing strategies, maintaining budgetary goals, and leading and developing on‑site teams to ensure an exceptional experience for residents.
Qualifications
Experience in property management, customer service, and resident relations
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Leadership skills, including team management and team development
Ability to create and execute community engagement and marketing strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in relevant property management software and systems (preferred)
High level of professionalism and commitment to delivering exceptional service
Experience in apartment leasing and familiarity with housing laws is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field preferred
