Your new role
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community, ensuring smooth property performance, regulatory compliance, and positive resident relations. You will take a hands-on approach to property management, overseeing leasing activity, coordinating maintenance, managing resident communication, and completing monthly reporting and compliance tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, comfort with technology and property management systems, and a solid understanding of affordable housing regulations.

You will take a hands-on approach to property management, overseeing leasing activity, coordinating maintenance, managing resident communication, and completing monthly reporting and compliance tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, comfort with technology and property management systems, and a solid understanding of affordable housing regulations.
Qualifications
Experience in affordable housing property management
Working knowledge of Section 8, HUD, Tax Credit, Bond, and PSH programs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Tech-savvy with experience using property management software
Experience with monthly reporting and compliance tracking
