Bilingual skills a plus
What You’ll Do:
Drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction
Lead and support onsite teams, including leasing and maintenance
Conduct property inspections and manage delinquency
Oversee budgets and ensure compliance with regulations
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
